That's cool bud there is a fairly large kayaking community around here an we go alot all over the south east. If u are looking for a good river to get on around here the upper hooch an the cartecay rivers are your best bet if u are still learning how to kayak like me.lol if u have a facebook search for north georgia kayaking there are alot of people on there that go all the time. What time of whitewater kayak do you have?
i have never did the cartercay or the amacaloa river been wanting to for a while just never had the boat to do it. but i would like to meet up with yall some time. cuz i know no one that paddles or the ones i do think the peace on the chestatee from the golf course to 400 is extreme.lol but i work during the week but free any weekend.
