I have been trying to improve my skills to take a step or two up this season and need some advice on the all important boof stroke. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I've dissected it into 3 main parts; the actual forward stroke, the hip thrust, and the pulling of the knees to the chest. When does the initiation of these steps take place in relation to each other? How long does that stroke need to applied for? Also what overall aspect of the boof would yall say is the most crucial...timing, power, speed, ect?
