Favorite Runs: NFFB, Upper and Middle Tellico, Wilson Creek, Upper and Middle Ocoee
Just moved from Raleigh and 6+ hour drives to paddle this spring. Hoping to meet more folks in the Upstate of SC and the area so I can paddle more now that I live closer to the water.
Solid Class III-IV boater working on getting better. I feel comfortable on things like the Upper Tellico at 2.5 ft and the Upper Ocoee. Current favorites are the Upper Tellico, Wilson Creek, and Citico Creek. Done the Cheoah a few of times and it is hard but a ton of fun! Want to paddle more creeks this winter. Watauga is next on my mental list. Also want to get better at playboating - comes in handy when you're getting surfed in a hole on some random creek.
