Personal Message
I live in Asheville, but formerly based my paddling out of the Atlanta metropolis, and before that out of WNC, E. Tenn. and yes, even Mississippi. I have paddled up and down the East Coast and have also enjoyed some whitewater runs out West and in other countries. One of my personal highlights was paddling on an expedition-style self-support whitewater kayak trip on the Colca and Cotahuasi Canyons in Peru. My most recent "new" run was the Grand Canyon of the Colorado. I'm always interested in boating with new people, that's part of the enjoyment of "river time".
