About me:
6'00"; 220 lbs; sz 11.5 foot.
Experience paddling 27 years total - 11 in a kayak.
Previous boats owned - Dagger Outlaw, Perception Phat, Dagger Midevil.

This boat was bought second hand two years ago. It is a 2006 model.

Pros:
The WaveSport appealed to me because I was looking for a boat for big guy to comfortably learn some playboat tricks in.
I found this boat very comfortable and the outfitting rocks and is very adjustable.

My first thoughts at my first attempt to roll this boat was 'excellent'! I was able to learn a back deck roll and stern stall in this boat

I have used it for river running and park and play. It is easy to catch the eddys that I want to catch, and surfs like I wanted it to. When I initiate properly, it stern stalls just like it is supposed to.

I absolutely love how this boat handles and it is a very good cross of river runner and play boat for the large boy like me.

I can paddle it all day and still feel my feet at the end of the day, and this is saying something for a 45 year old dude who has abused his body.

Cons:

The back band seems to be hard to adjust for me - not in adjustment per se, but in getting it to stay where it is supposed to stay.

I have paddled it for 1.5 seasons now. At the end of last season I noticed that I was taking on much more water than I should have been. I initially shrugged it off to the drain plug - then thought it may be the washers under the screws. I do roll practice, and intentionally pause when upside down just to think. Last weekend, on one such occasion, I noticed the water coming in around the cockpit and thought I had ripped my sprayskirt. On closer inspection I found a hairline crack around the lip of the cockpit directly in the front of the boat. I later found two larger holes above the left knee brace.

After reading up on this I figure it is a design flaw. This is bad news because I absolutely love this boat - but I would not purchase one again unless I knew everything about it and inspected it very well. Maybe they have fixed this in recent years.

again, great handling and comfort - poor materials.

--UPDATE--

I purchased the KC Welder with matching blue plastic welding rods. Kit comes with stainless steel screen reinforcement. I welded all cracks across the cockpit of the EZG 60 and it has held up great. I am keeping the boat because my 17 year old son throws this thing around like it's nobody's business.
