I think this boat is great. The ten I gave it is just an all-around feeling of joy and satisfaction with my purchase. I am 6', 210 lbs., size 11 shoes. This puts me just a the tippy top of the weight range on this boat. I have paddled it at a local park and play wave, on the French Broad, section 9, the Tuck, Cape Fear, etc. Nothing too major or over a class 3 so far in this boat. This boat is fast, and when you are trying to catch a 4 foot standing wave, fast is good. This boat surfs like a champ. A little balance, good edge control, and alot of rudder turn this into a shredding machine. Playboats are getting flushed out, while I am sticking epic surfs. There are some days at my favorite playspot where the wave is a little shorter and a little more retentive where I wish I was paddling a boat that spins like a top, but for the most part, I love paddling this boat. It is fun downriver, surfs where others can't, and is fun for enders and stern squirts. Oh, and the outfitting is comfy. I sat in the Dagger Axiom when I was deciding what I wanted to buy, and hands down this boat is far more comfortable.
