The boat is super loose surfs well for me at least i am 6' 160lbs. size 11 shoes the only bad thing about this boat is foot room bu is not unbearable i've runthisboat eveywere from the gauly to chatooga sec IV it has never let me down it good for every type of padling except creeking theres just not enough bow volume
