I'm not asking what tools a professional should own. But what do the homeowners on here feel are the most valuable tools for weekend projects, remodeling, etc.

I've got a 1924 California Bungalow that is as much or as little work as I'm interested in. Everything works, but anything could use an upgrade also.

I'm most interested in power tools. Currently I have a good 19.2V cordless drill/driver. I've got a crappy jigsaw and a shopvac.

Probably looking to get a circular saw, but wondering about corded vs cordless, combo kit vs individual, etc. Also considering a reciprocating/sawzall and a belt sander.

So HGTV wanna-be's, what's your choice?
