Stanley Steamers Day #1: Rockies
We spent the day at Oh Be Joyful just outside of Crested Butte, Co. As a team we ran it 19 times, totaling 7600. Here is the breakdown:
Dave Levitt: 14 laps
Chris Townsend: 7 laps
.....and in true form Jeff West went nutty and ran it 17 times.
Not sure where we will be tomorrow. We broke three boats and a paddle today, so we may be relocating to a more user friendly run. For those who are interested, Oh Be is currently at a great level....medium in the morn and medium high in the afternoon. The Slate is passable with a capable 4wd.
