You might check w/ Charles Salters and Travis Messigner, Both have cyclones they have experessed interest in selling.
Dave Stroud might be another source for a used Cyclone. As for fin boxes, they are reletively simple to do, or to pay a surf shop to put in for the lazy ones. A local shop we have charges $50 a box and the quality is better than almost anything I have seen from the factory, the guy must think everyone sees the back side of the boxes, It even looks like he polishes them.
