I have only paddled white water, but that surfing stuff looks like fun; plus I can get a great tan at the beach! So, what all is involved in surfing? Do you just catch a wave and ride it into the beach? I know there are trick, just as in playboating, but what are the basics? What about when you get close to the shore, is there any problems with the bow digging into the sand and flipping? I paddle a Ina zone 220, will this boat work for surfing. What are some good places along the south east coast to try out this "new" surfing stuff? Thanks for the help.   - "wanta be beach bum"
