	...and the beating, which was WAY to severe, came after Nat had a run-in with the guys son as well.  Nat Young got a beating that he had been heading for (by his own admission) for years, even his own son Beau did not step in to stop the beating.  But the punishment did not fit the crime, and as Young says in his book, he should have tried talking to the bloke MONTHS before it got to that stage. No one deserves to be beaten like Nat Young, but all the violence seems to come from 'purist' board surfers. Chris
