Got an 2002 model Hyside 14SB.  In cleaning and storing boat, I found an couple of spots on the surface of the black material where there are little gouges that are about slightly larger than pin heads and shows the next layer of material (white, I think).

One person says this damage does not need any attention now. What say thee, please!

Also, any suggestions for method and material to cover a few areas (not real large areas) on the top of the tubes that have lost the blue material due to strap wear (used to attach frame to raft)?
