The program I run is looking to purchase a 4 burner stove and blaster. I am a fan of the Partner 4 burner, but looking for other input on options. Not interested in a two burner as this unit will be used for large and small groups. Also looking for input on preferred blasters, I have used the Partner and Woodland. It has been a while since using the Partner blaster, but I remember it being a bit of a beast. The Woodland I have been using lately is light and collapsable,but seems a bit less beefy and I have seen the flow adjustment valve break. Thanks for your time and input.
