Leaf blowers work, but only marginally well.  They just donât have the pressure capability to push the air through the small valve opening.  In my opinion, just about any cheap DC inflator works as well.  An inverter with a vacuum motor works really well, but that is a lot of fooling around too.  That is what I use however.  It's fast.
