I have no experience with either of the Saturn or Baltik rafts nor am I in any way associated with them, but my surfing seems to indicate that they are the same boat under different names, imported from Korea.  The discriptions are very similar, the same manufacturing pictures are used.  The only difference is Baltik seem to be mostly distributed through ebay and Saturn has a US distribution system and Baltik offers a 5 year warrenty and Saturn 2 years.  Don't know if this helps?
