Every time I have called Star Inflatbles with questions and needs they have been great. I have a 15 year old Star Raft and have worked for raft companies that have had Stars in their fleet. They all held up well as long as they were not abused and a little care was taken probably more so than with other boats but for their price point they used to be hard to beat. Now others including Aire and NRS have jumped in that arena with the Tributary and Revolution series so there are other options.
