We strategized for about 2 minutes, then got to work. I think we had 6-8 folks involved in righting it. This was the kitchen raft for a Grand Canyon trip, so heavy to say the least. My shoddy rowing capabilities (2nd day rowing ever) flipped it, but not-so-shoddy recovery skills righted it. As brad said, we undid oars and removed a 10-foot kayak that was also strapped to it (sideways).
