We'll be in that area all weekend. I haven't paddled from 52 to Lower Cartecay Rd in a while, but the last time I was on it, that was a painful first mile. Strainer after strainer. Had to portage 3 times. Kinda hoping Clear Creek will flash bc the Cartecay will be super crowded....and then paddle on down to the DNR t/o.
