Is the purpose of this forum to introduce the underpriveledged, handicapped or elderly to paddling or to expand the sport in general?  Seems like many of the rivers I've been on lately have plenty of people.  I would like to see some people who really aren't likely to have the opportunity but as for just trying to play up boating to any and all non-boaters, I wouldn't be as interested in supporting that.  jomo.
