In my business I work with many couples who are int the top 5% tax bracket.  Yes they have the big house, super sports car, suv tank.....everything you think rich people have....they've got.

In general they have one or two kids.   When thses folks die, they will pass their wealth to their children.

Now take poor people.  For some reason, poor people like to have kids.  They have at least 3 up to 8.  This is all from personal observation.  When the parents die, their wealth is spread out to the three to eight kids.

Now lets spread out this scenerio 3 to 4 generations.  The number of rich peolpe should be roughly the same number as was the first generation.

The poor people will now have grown from two people, to 18 and up.

So of course rich people are getting richer and poor getting poorer.
