Villifying the insurance companies is a poor attempt to cover up the fact the doctors, hospitals and other services providers are as equally as unethical, inefficient and fucked up and the private insurance companies are. Moreover, if you think our federal gov't is capable of running a healthcare system you must truly be delussional.
