You're trying to make it a moral arguement and it's not really. It comes down to a question of cost and coverage. Remember that medicare, which is not a subscriber supported program, is already half the cost of my current insurance coverage. How much would it be if we cover everyone and the cost of those services can no longer be spread over those that aren't covered by the program?
