Phone recommendations? Thinking about upgrading to a Blackberry or similar. New

I have a Blackberry work phone my company gave me, the old kind with the click-wheel on the side. My personal phone is now at least 2 years old and still works fine, but although it's possible to get on the net (had that for a while) the feature really sucks and a few months later, I went back to verizon and had them remove the service. It's much easier to get on the net on my BB, even though it's an old model. I can also get and send email on it very easily.

Here's what I'd like in a new phone:
Easy, fast access to internet
Email works well
Flip top (no pocket dialing - my BB sometimes does this even after I lock the screen)
Camera in phone (my BB doesn't have this, an advantage for work due to the security at some of my accounts, but I like it in a personal phone)
GPS - not essential but sure would be nice not to have to rent one when I'm in an unfamiliar area (no, I don't want to buy a car-GPS since I don't use it all that often)

Verizon sent me a coupon for 50% off with a photo of their new BlackBerry Pearl Flip. I'm open to switching providers, so if there's a perfect phone out there that you can only get from one provider, I would consider it also.

Anybody have a phone they can rave about? The ad also pictures the Samsung Alias 2 which is a side flip-top, a Motorola Rival with the slidy top, and something called the LV enV Touch - never heard of this brand. Know anything about these or about these styles in particular? How does the slidy top hold up, is it sturdy (phone will probably get dropped 3 or 4 times a year)?
