I'm 99,9% positive it's totaled. The guy driving the other car has no drivers liscense and no car insurance. Looks like I'll be footing the bill for this one. :(

I don't really feel like looking for a used car in WV. My housemate is driving out to CO at the beginning of April. Should I just ride out with her and buy a car there?

Please help me figure this out.
