Most of the Moral dilemma laws you stated are in place because they were perceived to LEAD to behavior that breaks the Golden Rule. I'll freely admit that my absolute morals are religiously based. Those inform MY behaviour independent of the larger external ethical codes, though mostly, and fortunately for me, the run parallel the vast majority of the time.
