there should be no taxes or fees, and no tags or limits or restrictions of any kind, so the hunters and fisherman can more easily carry out their noble duty of culling the herd, giving the non-hunting wildlife viewers the chance to see the truly majestic examples of each species that the hunters will have thoughtfully left unharmed to reproduce. wildlife management agencies really just get in the way, we should allow the more natural and balanced approach the hunters would use if left to their own.
