That's the question!

If its a group right, as implied/asserted by several, then a small group at the head of any religion can enforce all their views on adherents and now it seems even those associated in some way with the organization.
To me that position, which the RNC and Romney seems to be inching to, smacks of sharia law and seems deeply unamerican.

if its an individual right of free citizens to exercise their freedom of conscience, then any religious leaders would have no standing to assert control over how an insurance company spends its money.
