It's just not smart. If you're gonna buy a car, get a certified check. I'm sure as hell not gonna pull up to some random house near Monterey (the Plateau) w/ 20k+. Or you know, you get in a car wreck and it goes up in flames. I think this is a crappy law, but this dude is a complete moran.
