Everyone is entitled to their opinion. And tastes change. I only now have a fondness for the Stones that I never had before. I like some Stones more than I used to, which frankly wasn't much, but I never questioned their relevance in music history etc.

To write what you wrote about the Beatles, makes it appear to me, that you are musically ignorant, as well as ignorant of music history. Which is fine. At the end of the day, the stuff on the Lounge really doesn't mean anything. I think I'm getting more mellow in my middle age.

BTW the song "Fear of a Black Planet" by Public Enemy sounds like the Beatles...
