I do a lot of business on UK champus, new construction for all kind of things and there is going to be a huge new dorm complex started this year too. That doesn't say hard up for money. Same at Morehead, same at KU. I'm all for higher education, but the colleges need to accept a good part of the blame for those cost. They aren't giving it to the professors, so my assessment is apparently right on the money.
