more education. The student loan situation is horrible, but it's largely perpetuated by the very American notion that everyone "must have"...for free no less, or you know, the pay later mindset. Tuition rates are soaring, largely because more and more people are going - via lottery money, etc. And, of course, the more common and available something becomes, the less value it has. I honestly couldn't tell you the 'real value' of a college education in this day and age. I imagine if it continues in the direction it's going, i.e. merely an extension of K-12, with everyone going just because - who really cares?
