The Feds have prosecuted many growers in Montana who were fully compliant with state law.

What is the upside? 50% of Americans think weed should be straight up legal, and I bet the majority of those are "natural" Democrat voters. Who would NOT vote for Obama for letting states run their own medical mmj operations?
