We also get doctors to charge upfront if you don't have insurance. All healthcare will now be on a pay as you go basis. "That will be $352 for your blood test Mr. Jones." No more freeloading to drive up our cost of health insurance. If you ain't got the money you can always have a spaghetti dinner fundraiser.
