i do get your point. ... if you have energy, keep your eyes open and aren't your own worst enemy, you will develop and figure it out.

but I've also known managers who had energy, good intentions and a clear and correct vision but if they went down the hall giving away 50$$ bills they would somehow manage to piss off people who took the money.
