No. I suggest that it's a good idea to have policy in support of birth control, sex ed, ands similar because they are cheaper in the long run than their alternatives, and I think public policy should support humane practices, especially when the cost to the insurance customer is financially lower.
I do think that supporting ED drugs while trying to deny birth control to the other half of that equation is hypocritical and foolish, and comparing Viagra to glasses is just plain sophistry*, but I can see where someone with religious principles would disagree on those grounds. I got no good compromise, other than to offer respect as I disagree.

*we'll just start with the point that I need my glasses to work, and get to work, while using Viagra probably will decrease my productivity. I gues my point is that most of the procedures you mentioned have to do with survival, and sex is, while very important, not nearly as important as breathing. Try it: hold your breath about 15 seconds past your normal limit and see if you can focus on sex.
