I don't know if it would benefit everyone, but it would make adminning easier sometimes to be able to search for a user with a whole/partial name & view their profile, email, etc. w/o having to go through the user list stabbing for the right page alphabetically.  

If they've posted recently, then I can click on their name to see their info or contact them, but if not their info is tough to find.

Of course, you've got plenty of code work to do after the script issues, so its understandable if you can't get to it.
