There are two features on the Black River in Watertown, NY that are fantastic and run all the time (maybe every day I think).

Hole Brothers is two wave holes that are medium size, and great.

Rt 3 wave is just a few miles up the road and is a 5 foot glassy wave.


Good luck. In the summer there are usually people at Rt 3 every day after work.
