I'm in the market for a new creeker/river-runner/self-support boat. I've owned a Nomad before and it's at the top of my list but the dealer has a Karnali for $200.00 less. On paper it looks like the Karnali would work well for what I'd use it for, but since I'm 300 miles from the nearest dealer of these boats demoing is not an option at this time. I'd be using it on west coast rivers and creeks...Cal Salmon, Deer Ck. in Ca., Illinois River in Oregon; mostly class 4 with the occasional 'easy' class 5 in there kind of stuff.
So...any first hand info on the large Karnali would be appreciated.
