Panther Mtn. Rd. is the main dirt road that you'll be traveling on.  Bucklick, Wood's Ferry and Mason's Branch all accessibe via Panther Mtn. Rd.  During Gauely Season to use the Bucklick access point you have to park on Panther Mtn. Rd. and walk down a trail and then some wooden steps to get to the river.  In reverse, if you're taking out at Bucklick, you would walk up the wooden steps to get to Panther Mtn. Rd.  Bucklick Rd. should be in decent shape.  It's just that I have seen it in years past have a couple of bad areas.  And cars with low ground clearance may have problems.  As of 2 months ago it was fine.
