Just wondering if anyone out there has had to deal with Plantar Fasciitis in their kayaking? I got it, and it has kept me out of my boat for months now! That's BAD!
The problem is, due to the odd way I need to point my foot to fit my boat, I can't walk when I get back to shore. Now this is nothing new to me, my glide days come to mind as rather painful too, but not like this.
Has anyone else dealt with this? Any suggestions on outfitting/padding/taping, etc., that worked for you? I am getting really frustrated. Summer is fleeing and the river is dropping and I am sitting on the porch. :-(
