and try not to think about the negatives. It's all about paddling man! Tax me, do whatever you want. If it will secure access for future generations of boaters, I will gladly take it.

If we are going to be so reluctant to contribure money to this issue, what makes us any different than LP? It is not all about the money. It's all about whitewater boating. LP gave in yesterday because of that (it being all about whitewater boating) and will now allow this season to happen for us. They didn't have to but they did. Keep your money, I would rather do anything to contribute---even if it is spend money and be taxed, etc,etc. I guess my thinking doesn't fit into the monetary guidelines of the times.

It may not even work, but maybe it's an idea that can be built on.
