Hey, I know of a nice park-n-surf on a little, unknown creek here in Cincy that's right under a street lamp.  Nice big standing wave with a frothy side as well.  Reminds me of a small Digonal Ledges.  Might hit it this evening if it has enough water since it's surfable afetr dark (:^P)
