Second, from what I read, Jesse had run some big drops. Thought he saw a line and went for it. Even made dinner reservations, which doesn't sound like he was trying to do himself in.
The question, when officals saw Jesse going for the run - the water was turned off. So, the "lucky" fella had full flow and Jesse didn't have what he'd scouted. Did that make a difference??? Don't know, but its an interesting point.
