It's with a heavy heart that I learned this afternoon of Brian's accident. I met Brian and his father in his first year of paddling at the Eastern Michigan University pool. Recognized as the kid with the chrome helemt, he was throwing wheels while the rest of us were trying to paddle straight ! He was a great kid, and exemplified the kind of fellow we all love to paddle with... an outstanding personality, quick with a joke, and equally quick to lend a hand. We'll all miss you Brian.
