I'm not looking at the Fish with the hopes it will make me "better". Well, not in the traditional sense. I'm not looking for a way to do all the latest moves easier. I'm looking for a boat that will make carving into moves and snapping turns better. I was actually going so far as to consider the DR Squashtail but I think that might be going a little farther than I had in mind. Plus I can just see that thing in the whirls and boils when Sturgeon's big. Yikes.
