Steve, I am not sure if you'll read this.

We put in on the selway on Friday (June 4th).  At the time of our launch the Paradise gage had was fluctuating between 4.4 and 4.7.  After rigging the boats the river was fluctuating between 4.5 and 4.8.  Our group arrived at Tony Point on Saturday afternoon after some harrowing experiences upstream.  We were greated by the group that followed you guys.

Word reached us of this tragedy around 5:00 PM. I stood with perfect strangers on the bridge over the selway and wept.    Your group, and Gail's family, was in our thoughts for the remander of the trip, and will continue to be in our prayers.  I am sorry for your loss.
