	I was there for the search and rescue on sat.  First the water level was 6 and half feet.  It is pumping.     The group was 5 people from harrisburg.  Victim, his son, his daughter, brother and nefnew.  They were paddling private on two ducky.  One carried three people and other carried two.  They had frames in this ducky so I do belive it was made for class 1-2 river at the most.  They also went to the some outfitters and asked alot of question about the cheat canyon.  The outfitters recommend them strongly not to go down the river.     They put on around 1 PM and victum swam above beech run.  He was wearing PFD and wet suit but he also had a fishing felt shoe.  He was also weight around min of 300 lbs and sign of heart surgery before.  They family looked for the victim for awhile but they send the son up to albright to get more help.     I was as Albright around 3:30 and joined the search team.  Mountain stream had a 4 person raft and two kayaker and two private boater joined the team.   We got on the river around 3:45 and found the empty duckys at beech run.  We went down the river and found the nepfew with the victim body on the river right above big nasty. 4:00  He was pulseless and blue.  We got the victim out of the river on to a rock and started CPR for 15 mins.  Without response I(physican) terminated the code.  We also learned that the body was in the water for at least 3 hours.     We got the body and nepfew in the raft and crossed them to the river right where there is a trail to albright.  We got the body on the back board and helped the Albright search and rescure carried the body back to the Albight.     Shawn???(kayaker)Walked out with the family so they will have some confort.  Rest of the group left the albright search and rescure at 7:10 to get down the river.(they still had mile and half to carry)   I belive the ducky party should not been on that river at 6 and half feet.
