...that is sounds like the paddling community has lost another great memeber.  My condolences go out to his friends and family.  

The Box is a very amazing place but has to be some of the most dangerous whitewater that I have ever seen.  Beautiful and scary.  What we ran wasn't that hard but what we walked was extremely consequential.

Between Matt and Dan's death this has been a very sobering week for the paddling community.

I'm sorry for everyone's loss.
