As soon as we took out after the falls we saw an ambulance racing past the falls.  After we packed up, we went towards the falls to see the comotion.  We saw nothing.  However, we were told the next morning by an NOC employee that a 15yr old camp counselor or attendee had got caught in an undercut at the ledges on river right.  I'm assuming the large boulder sticking out at the bottom.  Just goes to show how most of coast through that section without knowing there was an undercut there. This is second hand, so take what you will from it.
